Ganta, Nimba County – Promising  Liberian artist Z De Breezy has taken a step beyond the microphone and into the community, officially launching the distribution of copybooks and pencils to school-going children in his home town , Ganta on Thursday, September 12, 2025.

The exercise, which marks the beginning of a wider outreach campaign, was coordinated by a dedicated team headed by Alexson Z.L. Gaye, Ruben Daywoe, Ruben Lekpyee, and David M. Kuoh. Together, they supervised the distribution to ensure that the materials reached the intended beneficiaries.

Speaking during the launch, the team emphasized that the initiative is part of Z De Breezy’s ongoing commitment to supporting education in Liberia, particularly at the grassroots level where many students face challenges accessing basic school materials.

“This effort is about giving back and encouraging our children to pursue education,” one of the coordinators noted. “We believe that even a small gesture like providing copybooks and pencils can make a big difference in motivating students to stay in school.”

Parents and community members in Ganta welcomed the move, describing it as timely and impactful, especially as the new school year begins. Many expressed gratitude to Z De Breezy for thinking about the welfare of students and easing some of the burden on families struggling with economic challenges.

The distribution in Ganta is only the beginning. According to the organizers, Z De Breezy plans to extend the outreach to other parts of Nimba County, including Sanniquellie, in the coming days. The campaign aims to reach hundreds of students across the region, ensuring they are better prepared for the academic year.

For Z De Breezy, who has built a strong following in the Liberian music industry, the initiative highlights the artist’s commitment not only to entertainment but also to social responsibility. By using his platform and influence to support education, he continues to bridge the gap between artistry and community impact.

As the distribution continues, residents of Nimba County look forward to seeing more of such gestures, which they believe will inspire other artists and public figures to contribute positively to society.
